We believe that adequate and comprehensive supportive therapy must be an essential part of today's tumour therapy.
This should deal with all the possible forms and complications the disease may involve, especially tumour treatment side effects. The aim is to improve and maintain the patient's quality of life while coping and living with cancer. In this regard we'd like to mention our many years of medical experience in pain therapy.
Effective pain relief based on the individual case is an integral part of the treatment every oncologist provides. We would also like to stress that a close cooperation with anaesthesiologists who have specialized pain relief training is especially necessary in this field of work and considered a cornerstone at Klinik Löwenstein.
We are currently setting up a general programme for athletic activities to be offered in the future.
